Rénoclimat Program

    To continue supporting Quebecers in the energy-efficient renovation of their homes, the Rénoclimat program will focus more on work carried out on the outside of the building, while continuing to rely on the energy-saving advice of specialized advisors.

Canadian Loan for Greener Homes

Financing for energy-efficient renovations

  • FROM $5,000 TO $40,000

    Interest-free loans for major renovations, repayable over 10 years.

  • Independent of the grant

    The loan operates separately from the Canada Green Housing Grant.

Support for major renovations

  • UP TO $130,000 PER HOME

    Contributions for pre-renovation activities.

  • UP TO $170,000 PER MULTI-DWELLING UNIT
